At Service Rapide Pro+, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality handyman and property services to every client. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a partial or full service charge, depending on the time and resources allocated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
• If a service is cancelled by us due to scheduling conflicts or availability and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable time.
• If the client is unsatisfied with the completed service and has contacted us within 48 hours to report the issue. In such cases, we will first offer to re-perform the service to satisfaction. If this is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Services that have been fully performed and not reported as unsatisfactory within 48 hours.
• Services cancelled by the client less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• Work refused or blocked after technician arrival due to inaccessibility or client unavailability.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
